My favorite espresso machine encountered thus far (in the "consumer grade" category, that is) is the Krups Espresso Novo. Some time ago, I bought a commercial espresso grinder from a pawn shop for only $100, and have been collecting espresso bar stuff ever since! If anybody has a line on a single station commercial espresso machine for not too much $$, please let me know!
