(12/23/07) 4 of 4 people found the following review helpful: I started feeding my dogs Canidae All Life Stages Dry Dog Food almost 5 years ago. Prior to that I used NutroMax. Wow, what an amazing food. My german shepherd and 2 golden retrievers have the most incredible coats. Their poops are firm (and easy to pick up) and nearly odorless. No allergies either, unlike most of my friends whose poor dogs suffer from all kind of food or skin problems. I've convinced one person to change to Canidae and she too is very happy with how well her golden is doing on it. I buy it locally as I go thru 40 pounds every 3 weeks (feeding 3 large dogs). I purchased the base set and three other cars. There was a note about the max number of cars being 6 so I lucked out I guess. As of tonight I am happy with it but I was ready to throw it through the window a few times. 1) The tracks. The directions don't really tell you how hard to push the tracks together for a correct connection. I takes a fair bit for force but they do connect solidly. My track is on cut pile carpet and I have no problems. At first I thought I was going to break it. 2) I read the directions about hooking the power clip to the track and being sure not to select a piece of track that has a cut out. Well my first try I put it on a cut out. After 20 minutes I check again and moved it. Tada power. Previously it was very random.
