Fabrics treated with a stain repellent finish should cause liquid spills to bead up on the surface for easy blotting before a stain is created. The effectiveness of stain repellents is reduced by normal wear and abrasion over time. Linings and trimmings in a finished product will react differently to washing and drying. i've got a great collection of fabric that can't be shown all the time, so I'm offering to let you pick the print, and i'll design the rest. let me know who you're buying for, and i can send images of fabric options. blankets will be made in the same style as all other ciuccio blankets, and will have coordinating minkee on the back. contact me with questions. about ciuccio quilts… care has been taken to insure that every item made by ciuccio is unique. quilt tops are hand pieced using 100% cotton fabrics. the batting is cotton and minkee (the coziest fabric ever) is used as backing. simple machine quilting done by a 1980’s pfaff 1222 is done in complementary colors and patterns. bindings are custom made to match and finished by hand. all fabric has been pre-washed and while the quilts are machine washable, we ask that you use the gentle cycle. loveys are just the size you’d want a security blanket to be, measuring in at approximately 15” x 15”. blankets are about 30” x 30”, great for... This is the answer! you can take these little boo boo packs that are filled with 100% organic flax seeds (nothing else) and put it in the freezer....say, at least 2 hours....and it is small enough to fit in the palm of your hand, and place on the boo boo. You don't have that SHOCKING cold from an ice cube, or a gel pack, and under your hand, it stays so cool. Another great use for this pack is again...from the freezer, for a new baby who won't wake up to nurse, you pat the cool pack on the bottoms of their feet and it gently wakes them up...and works great! if your baby has a colicky tummy, you can microwave the pack for up to 30 sec. and the flax seeds will retain the heat....like a hot water bottle, but without the stress of hot water spilling on your baby....place the...
