(10/31/10) My 3-year old son has wanted a pillow pet for months. We finally got him one, and I must say, it's very cute! It's bigger than I thought it would be, and folds into the perfect pillow for him. He uses it to prop himself up while he's looking at books, and takes it to bed with him every night. We've had it for a few weeks now and it's held up very well. The seems are sturdy and we've had no issue with wear, despite it being dragged around by the tail at times. It's a nice, soft, plush dolphin. The only issue we've had is that in the summer months, sleeping on the dolphin makes my son VERY sweaty due to the type of material that makes up the fur. If he flips it over and sleeps on the "belly" side, it's a little better, but if your child takes this pillow to bed you might want to check on the overheating/sweat level mid-way through the night.See less
