How to Apply Blush Powder: As with most Lime Crime products, a little goes a long way: dip your brush into the powder, swirl around in the lid and apply onto the cheeks. This blush is eye-safe and can be used as eyeshadow, too--How cool is that? Blush Tip from LimeCrime:-) Not sure how to apply blush? Nothing that a smile couldn't fix! The best way to determine where the apples of your cheeks are is to smile - the part that protrudes the most is where most of your color will be.
