It actually talks about the things that girl pre-teens and girl teenagers have to go through when they are becoming a "woman" over time. This book really helped me in all topics. It helped me with periods the most...which is about the most confusing thing once teenagers know about what it is, how it works, what to do, and most of all how to protect. This book doesn't help with just periods. It helps with things that are very embarrissing (spelling check?), tips when getting lost, how to avoid dangerous things, dealing with rumors, and so, so much more!
