It is in good vintage condition - there are a few flea bites in the handle portion & a hairline fracture on one side. There is some sort of stamp on the blade but I cannot make it out - see picture #4. A letter opener that says Nashville Tennessee Music City, USA, with a banjo, guitar and a whole bunch of notes! The metal opener is sandwiched between 2 plastic pieces that make up the handle. The handle has a lot of scratches and some edge wear on both sides. The metal has scratches consistent with age and an indentation near the end. The whole thing measures 7 1/2" long. Quite a find!
