My affair with creating jewlery started a little over a year ago. I love creating trinkets and treasures, mixing old with new, creating peices that transcend space and time, and give an overall mood of another era. I enjoy working with a variety of different materials and ideas to create something interesting. The more modern peices are fun and elegant. Some of my favorite materials to use are of course, vintage beads. I love to think the vintage beads I many be using were apart of someones night on the town long ago. Vintage and antique buttons I love even more. As you know, in the past buttons were hard to come by, so they were saved and reused and recycled. I enjoy incorporating these memories of a bygone era into stacked button rings and other creative works.
