You think your grandmother had one like this and she probably did. But this little grey hat was blocked (by me) on the same vintage hatblock as your grandmothers' hat. Made of a beautiful and firm charcoal grey fur-felt with a felt fan deco with multi-metallic brads in bronze, silver, gunmetal and copper. (See the close up) This pillbox/cloche style fits very comfortably and the edge has a wire in it which matches the felts firmness. There is a matching hatpin but no anchoring is needed with this hat. Fits average to large. See less
