I just took a trip to on the Colorado River with Open Road Tours. I loved my trip with Open Road Tours! The trip was blissful from time I booked to the time I was dropped off at the end of the day!

I was quite pleased with the guide; he was very informative! I got to learn about the desert plants, a little history, Native Americans and so much more. I think some of the most memorable things about this trip were the views; I could not get over all of the pictures I came home with! I filled up two memory cards all by myself, so bring extra memory cards.

Our focus of this trip was the day on the river which was very relaxing; the water is very smooth. It was nice to get away and be submerged in nature. The highlight of the rafting trip for me was sitting on the shore having lunch and reflecting on my beautiful surroundings!

In addition to the fantastic views and the guide's customer service, the van that we traveled in was comfortable and I did not feel like I was packed in like a sardine! The van was a reasonable size offering more personalized service. We had around 8 people on our van.


I was very happy with the service that was given during booking and my trip. Everything about the trip went off without a hitch even down to the hotel that was booked by Open Road Tours on our behalf.

The bottom line is that I would use this company again; they provided a great service at a good price!

If you are needing a vacation this is a great way to spend a few days!

I just went on a tour with Open Road Tours where I took a helicoptor tour of the Grand Canyon...can you say AWESOME! GO!
