I have been looking for years for a decent lip balm or primer -- anything that would keep my lipstick on and looking fresh throughout the day -- and I have finally found my HG. Lip Spackle is much different than any other lip product I have used ... it looks pinky-beige in the pot, and it looks whitish-beige on the lips. That was a little scary at first, but after applying my liner and lipstick, the colors really popped. Everything was still fresh before I ate lunch, and it only faded a bit after I ate. But the best part was that when I went to reapply my lipstick after lunch, I didn't have to start all over -- I usually have to basically wash everything off my lips and start over again with balm/primer, liner and lipstick, because after I eat (or after my lipstick wears off from talking or just in general), my lips are either dry or sticky or otherwise yucky. I've been looking high & low for a contour color that wouldn't make me look ruddy. i had that problem with alot of bronzers & blushes that i tried contouring with. i finally got this recommended to me by a friend & i LOVE it. :) for reference i'm MAC NC30 - NC35 & it's perfect for me. but i do think that this color could possibly work for darker or lighter complexions because you can use a light hand for lighter complexions & build the color up for darker complexions. :) it's the perfect brown/grey shade that's ideal for contouring. This is a set of 6 creme rouge colors-Dusty Rose, Sandy Rose, Fire Red, Carnation Pink, Raspberry, and Coral. I don't know which color correspond with what names but these are the descriptions; coral peach, red, hot pink, peach pink, beige, pink, rose. The container contains plenty since this is for the stage and film. You don't get a miniscule amount in a fancy container like a high end cosmetic company. Here, you get a basic container that is filled to the bottom with a highly pigmented cream rouge. Application is like any other cream blush product. However, I find these very pigmented. I either use one dot or sheer it out with some moisturizer. At the rate I use this, I will be using it until the next millennium. The texture of this product is creamy and non-sticky. I wouldn't say it dries to a powdery finish, it is more like an application of moisturizer. It is there but neither dry nor sticky. I can apply this atop of foundation or powder.
