I returned it to the store and got the gray color only to find out that the zipper had broke off the top part. I then mailed it back in and they sent me one and the snaps broke off within a day. (07/31/11) I honestly love JC's and i was SO pumped when I got these. 1. They are VERY comfortable! 2. Yes they do run a half size small (if you wear socks) 3. They really arent "that high". Now that all of these platform trends have come out this summer, I've already shelved these babies because they look puny compared to all of the glorious platforms available now. 4. The material is so. cheap. JC's arent made so great in the first place, but i constantly have to fill in the peeled off "leather" with black nail polish. (07/31/11) I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS. I'm 14 and this is my first purse. I just got it today, the dark brown, and it is already full of my stuff. It is so spacious and just perfect. It isn't as dirty looking as it is pictured, the leather is very, very soft. It is everything i hoped for in a purse. :) I love the pockets in the front to stash away secret stuff, tampons, haha because it looks like decoration, like they aren't really going to open. The only thing wrong is the zippers. For paying 68$, i expected the zippers to not be so cheap. I'm scared that if i open it sometime, they will brake. They are goldish and rough and it tugs when i open it. Maybe it's just mine but if i'm careful they won't brake.See less
