I was afraid my feet would blister, but I was able to break them in almost immediately! They are insanely comfortable and can be worn with thin or thick socks (which is fantastic as I love leg warmers and scrunch socks). They go well with jeans, skirts, and of course, bright colors! These shoes DEFINITELY draw attention, which can be good or bad depending on your personality. Even in Harajuku, one of the major fashion centers of the world, they get noticed. The one drawback I have found is that they are a little troublesome to get on and off in a hurry due to the laces and velcro. The higher ankle makes it so you cannot simply slip them on and off like you can with other, lower-cut sneakers.
