How to Apply Magic Eye Dust: The best way to apply these powdered shadows is with an eyeshadow brush. Prep your eyelids with a moisturizer, liquid foundation OR eyeshadow base. You want the surface to be slightly moist for the most vibrant results! Because these shadows are so high in pigment, a small amount goes a long way.
