Initially, Uncommon Goods sent a totally unrelated item---a scroll pen. Upon discovering the mistake, I called Uncommon Goods. The customer service representative was very helpful and promised to overnight the correct gift for me. Although I was puzzled by how such a dissimilar item could be shipped, I was very pleased with the prompt resolution of the problem.See less
