I am a 37-year old single and independent African-American woman. My life is a very simple one. I don't need a whole lot of extreme things surrounding me. I haven't had children yet, so until then, I choose to try enjoying every aspect that life has to offer that you otherwise may not be able to do once you go down the motherhood road. That's why my most lovable substitution for children are my 2 pitbull puppies that I have named Dyamond & Styyles P. I'm mostly homebound due Sickle Cell Disease from birth with no cure. So I choose to enjoy the smell of flowers instead of allowing myself to wallow in self-pity. I shop everyday either physically or in my mind because I constantly think of ways to decorate my house. My fashion style is not looking like everybody else where I'm from. Otherwise, I'm studying or writing poetry.
