I use the products daily before I go to sleep. I get in the shower and suds up with the body wash in the lavender vanilla scent. It is so calming plus I just love the scent. Then, once I get out, I apply the lavander vanilla lotion. It is so calming, even after the roughest of days. LOVE IT!!!!!! After 3 weeks of wearing the red ones out for walks, my boyfriend and I have noticed a difference in my legs and I feel a soreness in my glutes and calves I don't usually get just from walking the dog. I wear these everywhere and now own the black pair as well. I really wish they would come up with a winter version of this for when the weather cools off because this is the greatest invention ever. I have bad knees and these have helped me so much! I love them! Now when I wear my high heels I can wear them longer because the Fit Flops have better trained my legs. I told my best friend about them and now she swears by them too! Her back pain has all but disappeared.
