This is a fun trinket box. Truly one for the polka dot lover. I painted a plain wooden box in antique white and added black polka dots, then I distressed it and inked the edges. I added some varying gorgeous polka dot ribbon to the edges which gives it a fun look and then I embellished it with a large white and black flower finished with rhinestones peaking out from the petals and then added a vintage looking butterfly finding to the front. The size is 5 1/2 " x 4" and it is 5 1/2" high including the flower. The lid is attached with a hinge and the feet are pewter colored marbles. The inside is painted black. See less

The lid was painted antique white, distressed and inked to give it the appearance of age. Of course I had to add a great funky touch with the red flower with feather detail. Welcome to my listing! I just finished this beauty today :) An assymetric cuff bracelet adorned with several antiqued brass filigree stampings, one 30x40mm resin cameo and one Swarovksi pearl. This is my contribution to EUFA's (Etsy's United Filigree Artisans' Guild-) project named "Spring Melody". And in order to praise Spring, I used a cameo of a lady with flowers in her hair, accompanied by two butterflies flying around her. One ivory pearl gives a bit of extra colour to the brass cuff, matching the woman's pearl necklace. As with all my designs, I combined many different elements to create something unique. Victorian cameo, lolita colours/pearls, Art Nouveau stampings, and lovely filigree :) It is a fairly big bracelet that can't go unnoticed :) The inside perimeter measures 7.5 inches, and the widest point of the cuff is 2 inches. The silver plated stampings form wings around the heart-shaped watch face, that spread all the way around the outer side of the cuff. The wing tips stand a bit higher from the cuff, giving them an extra feeling of volume and life. Under the heart, an ornate key tries to unlock it, along with a tiny silver rose :) On the sides of the cuff, two lovebirds celebrate their love by kissing, and a small cupid shoots his arrows at will! All components are silver plated brass, nickel and lead free. The watch face is nickel plated palladium but it won't touch your skin since it's set on the cuff. The battery of the watch can be changed by any jeweler in the usual way. I can also change the batteries of my watch designs if you return it to me at any time. Two large life-like silver wings spring out of a black heart with beautiful detailed filigree all around them. The wings will embrace your finger almost to the fingertip, spreading 8cm (3 inches) long including the base of the ring. I started designing this as a pendant for myself but soon enough I pictured it on my hand and couldn't resist turning it into a ring. I believe it would look just as good on a man as on a woman.
