For years, tarte has been wowing us with the “skinvigorating” ingredients they infuse in their makeup, like Goji berry and Amazonian clay. Now we have one more to ooh over. The newest star ingredient is Maracuja oil, and it’s seriously good stuff! Derived from the Amazonian passion flower, this nutrient-rich oil is known by Amazon locals as “puro milagro” or “the pure miracle.” That’s because it instantly absorbs into the skin to impart a big, beautiful dose of hydrating essential fatty acids and vitamin C. We can’t wait to drench our skin, lips, and cheeks with their colorful, benefit-full Maracuja products and bring our dull skin back to life!

Tarte 100% Pure Cold Pressed Maracuja Oil from the Amazon ($46)

Tarte Maracuja Divine Shine Lip Gloss ($21)

Tarte Maracuja Blush & Glow ($32)

  • I've used natural perfumes made w/ essential oils and love them, but I don't know that I've used any skin care or cosmetic products with them...these sound amazing though...I need to try them all! Report Spam Posted by ftw at 8:44 PM on 02/15/12

  • skin products especially are fab with essential oils and very moisturizing - i have tried that tarte lip gloss and its great (a little bit sticky) but still wonderful and it lasts for a long time so well-worth the price Report Spam Posted by sweetshorty at 3:47 PM on 02/16/12
