Katy Perry is definitely not feeling hot and cold over Bumble and Bumble’s Black Hair Powder ($35 for 4 oz). She tells Vanity Fair that the dry shampoo is a staple in her beauty regimen. It’s always nice to know that even celebs with loads of stylists in their entourage use short cuts!

This stuff is pure crap! While it may deposit a nice color (instead of white fluff) on darker hair, soak up oils and create nice texture - DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT touch it afterwards. It's like a hair club for men commercial - you'll get icky brown/black crap all over your hands...and I'd imagine your clothes too. I had this and tossed it after two uses.
