Kayleen McAdams, Rachel's sister and makeup artist, created all the starlet's Cannes looks, including the one shown here. Kayleen used Nars Duo Eye Shadow in Silk Road ($33) on Rachel's lids, followed by a sweep of CoverGirl LashBlast Fusion in Very Black ($9) on her lashes. Rachel's cheeks popped with Nars blush in Mata Hari, ($27) while lips were given a similar hue thanks to Stila's Convertible Color in Fuschia ($25).
