Just two days ago I auditioned for my school's show choir, Performers, and happened to make the team. Now I have to get in shape!
Ashely, the choreographer, suggested running/walking everyday. So I've been running two miles the past few days and doing to Yoga part of my Wii Fit to get more flexible!
I highly suggest this to anyone looking to tone up :D
