The first dress is Herve Leger, and I fell in love with it a while back. Of course, I would never be able to afford it.
Luckily, the other day I stumbled upon dress #2 by BCBGMAXAZRIA, and am very tempted to get it. It's a FRACTION of the price, but I would never know where to wear it.
PS: I think I want to start a WIWT thing, but I pretty much dress the same every day so it would be boring.

Is there is website for BCBGMAXAZRIA? You could buy it online. Where did you find the picture?
About the WIW...if you want to do it, then go for it! If you want to change it up a bit, then try to dress different for it.
The BCBG looks like a great substitute. Do some WIW posts and see how you like it!

The dresses are by the same designer (Max Azria). BCBG and BCBGirls are the lower priced lines, which is an awesome way to do a Binge or Budget comparison. I believe his wife is a designer too, but I can't think of what her line is called.
