  hello....here are a few of my suggestions:H&M clothing store...decent quality and good prices!http://www.yelp.com/biz/h-and-m-new-york-5and if into fabrics, the fabric store featured on TV series "Project Runway" called "Mood" is located at 37th street in NYC Garment district...for more,just Google "must see shops in NYC".....or you could choose brands and/or search "best thrift stores in NYC",etc.....have fun!   i would have to recommend FAO Schwarz just for fun. Muji is a Japanese brand store, they have a lot of housewares. Serendipity 3 is a shop/restaurant with really good ice cream.   Redefine: We have some Muji shops here in Barcelona too, but I have seen there are some NY themed products we don't have. Will take a look.
