  Having curly hair thats been long as well as short I say....Keep it long!when my hair is long I can get out of the shower spray some leave in conditioner and scrunch with a towel to get excess water out, once it dries it looks soft and curly without all the style buildup.   i do personally like the longer hair look on you. It keeps you looking young and fresh! haha! I'm with you though. I want to do something different with my hair.   why not get a trim ( to keep it healthy) then let it grow, until it is long enough to donate to 'Locks of Love' (at least 10") you're a pretty girl and (shall we say) a bit of a style-maven. you'll look great both ways! i'm sure you will find ways to make it look fab; when it's long & when it's short. so when you give it away - the karma is a priceless styling aid ; that will make you feel as beautiful, as you're sure to look. sometimes you can luck into an event where (stylists volunteer) you get: a cut, style, make-up, and before & after pix; for a small fee with your generous donation.
