I was getting very sick and tired of my flat iron never working quite right. For some reason, no matter how hard I tried, I could not get my hair to stay straight. I got this one for Christmas, and I've been using it ever since. I'm truly in love with this flat iron! WIth it's ceramic plates that evenly distribute heat, it straightens my hair perfectly & makes it super soft and shiny. It's a little on the expensive side, but it's worth the money, I think, since it works so well. :D
