Beauty Must-Haves to Try!

smart shade smart balance...
Neutrogena Pore Refining...
PurePressed Eye Shadow -...
I cant keep secrets to myself!

Here's the deal with these products and why I use them.

1.  Almay Smart Shade - I really never gave this a second thought because I figured there was no way it worked but the other day on a whim I bought it and am in LOVE. I still don't know how it works  but it really is like magic, I am so impressed especially it comes out kinda white.  I highly reccommend trying it,, I am sure you'll be in awe too!

2. Pore Refining Toner - A friend intorduced me to toner in college and it's history from there.  I especially like to use it to really clean me up before applying any lotion or pimple cream.  It's the first thing I grab when I have a breakout.  It cuts healing time in half without drying your skin out.  I use neutrogena because they have a face wash with it but any toner is a must-have.

3.  White eye-shadow - Doesn't matter what other color shadow or liner you're wearing, I swipe some on the inner corners of my eye with every color (I read this in a magazine and am so happy I tried it).  It opens your eyes ten-fold and gives you a fresh look (even with dark liners/shadows)

  • How can anyone live without white eyeshadow?! I highlight with it. Also use a white liner pencil on the inner corner of my eyes.I've used the Pore Refining Tuner and loved it, too. When my skin gets crazy-dry in the winter, I have to go strictly botanical, but this is actually one of the more gentle toners I've tried. Report Spam Posted by traco at 10:15 PM on 05/31/10

  • Thx for the tips, I'm actually on the lookout for a foundation at the moment, and I also need to buy a toner too. So your review really helps! And I totally agree with the white eyeshadow tip! Report Spam Posted by nahi at 11:51 AM on 06/01/10

  • I'm with ya on everything except the Almay. I've never had great luck with their products, personally. I usually use the same toner, though. :) Report Spam Posted by multiwishr at 11:28 AM on 06/02/10
