These rain boots are the answer to my prayers. I go to school on the coast in Connecticut, and constant rain is an issue in the winter. Although they make me giggle, my pink striped rain boots are not the classiest thing in the world, but these Marsha Rain Boots by Jeffrey Campbell keep feet dry without making you look like you're eleven.
