  I think that gel and acrylic nails can look really great, in other cases the don't look so nice :S I personally just have my normal nails because I work as a cashier and they get destroyed anyway!   I like the look of fake nails. However, its just too much of a commitment for me, with the price and all that. I also used to work in a library and putting the books away would have ruined them. I just go with my natural nails. My sister gets gel nails and she really likes them. She goes once a month and they seem to hold up on her. I like the pictures you used in this blog!   I used to bite my nails [well on and off] so I could not use nail polish and fake nails looked bad on me. Well I just realized that was irrelevant info...I like shorter real nails.   I had acrylic nails for years and years when I was a teenager, they were extremely long and quite impractical. I now have normal nails and keep them quite short as nail polish just doesn't stick to my nails when they are long. I tried gel nails once but they didn't seem as strong as acrylics.   I have never used fake nails.. the one thing I really can't deny I love about myself is my nails because everyone can't believe my nails are real but in some causes you have to buy fake nails - for this season NEON is the way to go! I like short nails for stressful school weeks because having long nails becomes a pain! - If you have any questions about colors feel free to ask me! I have stashes of nail polish!   I don't do fake nails, just my own natural that I can't manage to keep very long as work around the house and farm prevents it, so I only paint them on occasion ..... tho feel like I'm missing out on a lot of fun! Report Spam Posted by kshoffman at 8:23 PM on 03/06/11
