  Wellll, most everywhere tries to get in on the prom dress action, so places like Macys, JCPenny's, Sears, Windsor, Charlotte Russe, etc etc will all probably carry some selection. Also, most bridal shops also carry prom dresses, so you could check out local bridal shops. Online you could check out Edressme.com, as well as the online sites for many of the shops I listed above -- you could also consider renting a designer runway fashion dress from renttherunway.com.   Try Betsey Johnson. She has a web site. Some of her dresses are pricey, but I think she has some more affordable ones too. Also try David's Bridal.
