The second outfit is perfect for a wedding, even though I absolutely LOVE the first one as well. The first one is a little edgier but the 2nd is slightly more conservative which is always good for a wedding.

@hophead: Lady, you need to post "What I'm Wearing's," okay? :) If it's slightly more formal I would go with the second outfit. The first one is super cute, but a bit more casual. Maybe with different shoes (some strappy heels or pumps) you can dress the first one up a little more.

The second one is obviously more wedding-ish, but the first one is just so awesome! So I'd wear the first, because there is no reason not to look as awesome as possible all the time. I also think grey is not joyful enough for a wedding --so serious! The shoes look hot and I also think your hair is cute. Are there accessories too? Jewelry, bags?

the first one is way cuter, just make it more formal with a cropped blazer or a dressier cardigan (if you care about looking formal). the second is a cute dress but it looks like you're headed to the office.

I like the first one, but as everyone said, it depends on how formal the wedding/reception is. Which you should be able to kinda tell by the venue its held at. Though, you could probably easily dress up #1 with some accessories. dressy shoes - maybe even the ones from outfit number 2? Add some jewelry with some sparkle or shine, and I think it could be made a bit more formal if need be. I just watched a bunch of wedding guests walk into a reception held at the restaurant I had dinner at, and there was a variety of outfits. Some were similar to #1, some to #2, so I think you'll be ok no matter which one you pick in the end :)
