What We Wore: Halloween Edition

We're suppose to be Bo Peep and her sheep. We were both pretty sick the week prior so I think that made my costume take a big hit! By the time I got out to do some shopping I couldn't find a suitable wig or anything that would resemble a bonnet. So my apologies for the poor excuse of a costume. On my part, that is :P. But at least we didn't miss out on the festivities!

"Shepards Crook" ~ a contraption we made from a much smaller cane and painting extension and a lot of tulle to make it one color.
This year we spent most of our time at church. Dinner, activities, and "Trunk or Treat." This was my first year to do this and had no idea what it was. Everyone just hands out candy from thier trunks in the church parking lot. Such a great idea for the little ones. I should have asked someone what it was b4 then. I think we were the only ones that didn't hand out candy. Oops! Slightly embarrassing, but I know for next year. :P

@seiena111 I bet that was super cute. Do you still have pics? The only cute, furry thing I was when I was little was an Ewok. I remember it being hard to see and breathe and it being extremely hot! But I was cute ;)

Very cute!!! My daughters school does the trunk or treat, too. Usually you either hand out candy, too or you donate a small bag of candy to the cause. We usually skip it since its usually not on Halloween, and my kids like to do the door to door thing.

You both look so cute. Super cool idea. My cousin did something similar this year. Her name is Mary so she dressed her daughter like a sheep and she was Mary with her Little Lamb. ;)

@agauthier79 Yeah, I feel bad because she has kind of gotten cheated out of the door-to-door experience. But she got it this year and I think she enjoyed it very much. :)
