Halloween...!!!!

Nov 4, 2009 in Style and Fashion
So, this is kinda late but oh well. For Halloween I was a zombie pin up girl. Yeah, I like the gory costumes. I didn't do anything to great, but I still looked awesome at work. I won the Scariest Costume award. I was proud of that. Erin (aka gregsgal) did my hair and most of the make up. I was really impressed with myself. I did the major pin up-y cat eye eyeliner thing and it came out correct without me having to fix it! Yay me! BTW if next year you feel the need to be gross like I was, get this make up "goo" called Fresh Scab. That is what makes it all look real.
Anyways...  What I wore:
Dress: Leopard print knee length halter from Hot topic (bought like 4 years ago)
Gladiator heels (not pictured): Vanity
Spanx: A girl's BFF

Hope ya'll had a great Halloween! : )

That scabby stuff is revolting! Great job! lol! And you've definitely got the undead pin-up girl look down. ;)

The one little down side of the "Fresh Scab" make up is once it dries it can flake off. I had little clumps of it stuck to the inside of both my bra and dress.

Wow!!!!
great makeup!!!

WOW..that is pretty cool. The make is awesome!Congrats on winning on the Scariest Costume;)

you deserved that award
your makeup looks amazing

Looks great! (kudos to @gregsgal, too!)

Ha! Before I scrolled down enough to read I said to myself, "Zombie PinUp". Scabby, yet sultry. . .a difficult look to pull off, but you did it.

wow u look great good job

You looked great! Love both the dress and the makeup!

Cool! Good job!

AMAZING! you looked great! that makeup job is wild! LOVE IT

Yay! Congratulations on winning! Also, thanks for the shoutout, Adri! Greg also had a hand in the makeup (he usually does it all but had to get ready for work at the same time). Fresh Scab is seriously one of the best Halloween makeups out there. We used liquid latex (for sensitive skin) to create a realistic looking flesh that we could rip holes in and fill with red makeup and fresh scab. The coloring around the outside is a combination of purple, black, dark green, and acid green (also used inside the wounds a bit too) smudged and stippled to create a nice bruised effect.

u look so cool!

Looks awesome (scary yet hot)!! Love it!!!!

omg this is a really cool costume!!!!

your look rocks! i'm sure guys wouldn't mind being attacked by a hot zombie girl... ;)

Great makeup job!

Thanks everyone! I had fun being the only scary one at work. I will definitely be a scary something or other next year.
@lady_arndt: No, they didn't mind one bit. LOL

Great job on the make-up and costume, you look fabulous for a zombie or zombie snack.
