I chose the first one because it's just a plain black top, which is always good to have in your closet, because you can layer it under a loose tank or a cute knit vest, or just alone with a nice pair of earrings.
Speaking of earrings, I chose these because they are a nice coral color, which totally says, "Cute, chic, in-style!" Wear it with a nice neutral colored jacket and a colorful blouse.
And as for the argyle sweater, it is very in right now, comfy, and relaxed. It applies to every school's dress code 100% and looks good too!
