The dress on the left is an all black tuxedo style dress. It would be great for a semi-dressy New Years party. I love the style of this dress, it's gorgeous!!! :)

The middle dress is a beautiful dress.One shoulders are really in this season on the red carpet so you'd look super glam in a dress like this!! :) I love the ruffles and the blue color.

The dress on the right is a super fun metallic. Metallics are also very hot this season on the red carpet and they're just soooooo much fun!!!! If you're going to a fabulous New Years party, I would definently get a dress like this. Its soooo much fun!!! <3
