So, I suppose prom season is coming up! Thought I'd share some photos and experiences from ALL THREE PROMS I went to.

The first two pictures were from when I was in high school, and the last was Tara's senior year. Each year we went to prom in a limo with a group of friends. We weren't the richest people, so we decided to go all out with the limo and eat Togo's on the way to West Cliff in Santa Cruz (where the second and third pictures were taken). After we hung out in West Cliff and took pictures, we went to the prom (which was held in the hall over the arcade at the Santa Cruz beach boardwalk).

I had fun all three years, but for different reasons. Senior year was spent reminiscing with friends, and Tara's senior year was spent catching up with my former teachers, and really getting my groove on on the dance floor.

Every year after prom we'd all go back to Tara's and crash there. Her mom would make us all dinner, which was awesome, and then we'd stay up and watch movies and stuff. No crazy parties or anything, but It was always fun just being with friends.

What did you do/will you be doing for prom? Any nightmare prom stories? Post'em here!

Also, because this is a fashion site.. The first year was a suit borrowed from my pop, and I rented the two tuxes from Mens Wearhouse. If I remember correctly, Tara got the blue dress from a thrift store, and the green one was some nice designer one that she got on Ebay. If anyone's interested I can post pics of her dresses and ask where she got them.

Awesome pictures! I really like Tara's dress in the first picture. The beach in the background is awesome too. I only went to two proms, and I didn't have dates for either one. Love the bonus picture! My prom was fun, my date was my best guy friend but we pretty much split when we arrived and did our own things with firiends. I didn't like my hair, and I got my dress caught on my shoe and nearly fell out of the taxi, but it was a great night. Your prom on the boardwalk sounds amazing! Great pics, looking so sharp! And I must say prom at the boardwalk is so cool. Ours were at a crappy airport hotel. Which I guess is better than the gym, which is where we had all our winter formals.
