Cheerleaders Finish 4th in the Nationals (UCA)

We competed at the Universal Cheerleaders Association (UCA) Nationals in Orlando, Florida. It was a full day of competition. We placed 4th after completing a perfect routine in the finals. It is the highest our collage has ever placed at Nationals which was highlighted by defeating the defending UCA National Champions, we defeated our rivals. That sure felt amazing.

Our team was, seeded in 8th place to begin the competition, and only competed with 18 athletes because of injuries, while all other teams competed with 20. Despite the challenges, the cheerleaders, led by 5 strong seniors, worked very hard to polish a routine that lead them to a 4th place title.

We will now begin preparing for the upcoming HAAC competition to be held on February 13th.

I really messed up I forgot my camera. So I am waiting for my friends to share them with me so I can share with all of you. I have a few from the park I will share. This was amazing trip. We arrived home very late and school started the very next day at 8a.m. for me. I am having a hard time sleeping so I wanted to catch you all up on the news!!! Thank you for all the Good Luck wishes and the good thoughts sent out way. We bobbled and we found out we were only a 1/2 point away from third place. We are going shot to do much better next year. Oh yeah!!!

Thank you for getting R-O-W-dy for my squad you all ROCK!!! Hope you will all be here for us next year to cheer us on again!!!!!! : }

I just want to thank you all for the support and the congrats comments. I am so happy right now. I tell you the day we went throw the castle on the mat to began our routine I thought I was going to throw-up. I was over whelmed. I was truly amazing experiences. I am so proud of my team we worked very had. Money and travel our coach is not taking us to upcoming HAAC competition. I am so ok with this I am starting new classes and need to keep up.
