Don't place lit candles in the bathrooms.
Do think of unque things to do with light ot create a cool mood. A couple times I have shined a slide project onto a big tree and projected art onto it.

Do Serve orderves only if they are put out as they were purchased .
Don't re-arranged or combine foods onto a container or platter different from that which they were purchased with.

Don't serve more than two components for the main course.
Do invest in something quality like fillet or lobster or both.

Do have a wide variety of wine and alcohol available.
Don't set out soda nor bottled water.

NEVER fold dinner napkins nor use place mats.
Do play classical music on a turn table during dinner.
