An Eco-Friendly Mother's Day

I came across this product in my gardening magazine and instantly fell in love. The one thing my mother and I share (other than a love for mysteries and science fiction) is gardening. I'd been trying to think of a gift to give her that she'd enjoy, and found this product that I think might do the trick.
It's a set of "plantable greeting cards" that feature a message, and instructions for use of each card once planted. In this particular set each card will grow six different herbs: basil, parsley, chive, sage, and mint. They've got recipes on them for how to use the herbs when grown, so be sure you've copied them down before you plant them! It's a different type of gift for sure, but it's so adorable. Plus, eco-friendly! Can't beat that. I know my Mom would love it.
If this isn't your style, they have a variety of other sets though, so be sure to check them out if it's something you think your own mother would enjoy.
