Heartbreak happens to the best of us. It's as inevitable as falling in love. Though no medication has been found to completely heal a broken heart, the three items that come close to being a cure for heartbreak are ice cream, tissues, and a chick flick.

Ben & Jerry's: Once your boyfriend is ripped out of your heart, rely on the comfort of Ben & Jerry. Two men who will enter your life, and always be there for you in a convenient, pint-size container. Half Baked is my personal favorite. The sweet taste of cookie dough and brownie batter mixed together along with the cold sensation it brings to your senses helps to numb the pain of a heartbreak. This goes best with venting, and/or your favorite chick flick.

Tissues: Every girl deals with heartbreak differently. Regardless if you are a broken dam when it comes to tears or if it's just a slight trickle, tissues are a good thing to have next to you. Especially sweet, scented tissues that specialize in drying tears. They come in a heart-shaped box (Nirvana would be proud). Hearts adorn these kleenex, readily available to swoon over their cuteness or blow your nasty boogers into.

The Notebook: Though chick flicks have not been scientifically proven to heal a broken heart, they do help give one hope that there is a perfect man out there for everyone. The Notebook is the ultimate chick flick to show women everywhere that true love will work out in the end. Throw on sweats, curl up with your stuffed animals and other comfortable objects, and pop in this film. Hang in there girl, love overcomes all.
