Eyeliner on waterline...how do you make your last

Celebrity Makeup: Kim...

To prevent eyeliner from smudging on the inner part of the eye a.k.a waterline, set it with a eyeshadow.

I like taking a flat eyeliner brush and tapping a bit of eyeshadow over the eyeliner. So if you are trying to do that smoldering smokey eye set it with some black eyeshadow.

Or if you want do a color, take a white pencil rim the eye and set it with whatever color you choose. I have tried waterproof pencils but they disappear after hour of wear.
