HOT-A cute, and casual sweater like this is a cardigan. It is a cute peice of clothing to tie an outfit together. I have one in green, and I totally love it. You can buy the at stores such as h&m, forever21, and urban outfitters.
NOT-These babyish bags that teen girls wear are so annoying. Im mean sure elmo iz cute, and all but GROW UP! I always see girls tyring to rock an elmo bag, or a dora shirt bcuz i guess they think its cool or cute!
