So my 21st birthday was on Halloween, but my plans to go out to the bars fell through. Last night I finally got my chance to go to a bar for the first time. There were girls going around with test tube shots, and I had a couple that tasted just like apple pie! A friendly couple at the bar bought me a shot called a "used condom" (gross, I know!) because they heard I was celebrating my 21st. (It's called a used condom because it's a creamy liqueur is poured into vanilla vodka, thus looking like... well, you know.) I sang karaoke (You Oughta Know by Alanis Morissette, Just a Girl by No Doubt, and Part of Your World from the Little Mermaid!), got a bit drunk, and in general had a good time. All while looking cute in my cherry-print dress and red, patent Mary Janes! It was a great night.
