Love them all, but price-wise I'd go VS.
I love the VS one! It's the most adult-shaped of the three.
It is funny I have almost the exact same coat as the one from Forever 21 but I actually bought it at H&M a few years ago. I say you go for the VS one though, I like the shape a lot.

The peter pan collars are nice but I'll stick with my double breasted pea coat. The middle one is in a lovely color.

the F21 one is cute, but their caots tend to have big shoulders. id say the VS one is best
