Valentine's day plans

In an effort to make this year's Valentine's day truly fab (and because I desperately need a new project now that the holidays are over,) I decided to get a head start on planning The Outfit. Here's my first attempt - revisiting the dress/tunic top I'd planned to wear to DH's Christmas work party but didn't.
One thing I'm on the fence about... the leggings. What do you think of the liquid leather? Chic or too much? Also not entirely sure the nail polish works with the rest (I'd be wearing it on my toes only,) but I wanted to make a slight departure from all the bronze and gold without going too vamp...
Major plus - all these pieces are tallgirl-friendly!

my first thought was the nailpolish is superrcute. stick with it! :]
I dont think the leggings are too much, and if your man thinks they are sexy then even better. I personally try to wear things l know my fiance likes when we have special dinners (because trust me, there are a LOT of things I wear that he's kinda like "WTF?" about) hehe. I think this outfit you put together would be very sexy. On a nail polish note, I think dark colors (purpleish backs) like OPI's Lincoln Park after Dark look so SO good with black open toed shoes, but that's just me.
Well I have to say yes to the shoes because I have them and love them. If you're going to do those types of leggings, I'd suggest getting some with a skinnier bottom (I hate how baggy they look down there, but that's just my opinion). Also, I agree with hophead--OPI's Lincoln Park looks oh so lovely on your toes. Maybe you can put that Chanel polish on your fingernails.
I love it. And I actually love the baggy legging. I hate when they aren't supposed to be baggy but someone doesn't fill them out.
