There are some dresses that you cannot wear with boots. Unless they are ankle high, which you can wear with anything, boots definitely are not the way to go. If you really need to wear them with boots, though, you can try pairing them up with skinny jeans. Make sure your jeans keep a low profile (like black, darker blues, and white) when you need to wear them.
