I know it's a couple days past Halloween, but I figured that since I know this costume had been floating around Kaboodle and I actually purchased it, it was only fitting I'd post a picture to show how it looked in real life. I actually watched The Birds on Halloween last year and knew I wanted to be Melanie Daniels for this Halloween, so imagine my surprise when I found out someone actually MADE this costume! Granted, I'm no Tippi Hedren but I had a lot of fun dressing up as her. I even love the holes and fake blood on the sleeves. I was going to put blood on my face by unfortunately, I had to work on Halloween. I still wore my costume and discovered there are quite a few Hitchcock fans out there. This definitely tops my Indiana Jones costume from last year... now I just have to start scheming for next year's costume...
