Blue Bell

I made this.  I just love how it turned out.  It is handsewn.  The lace is sewn over another layer of fabric (lining) and then a double layer of fringe applied with another layer of crystal beads on top of that and then three different types of gimp on the top, bottom, and struts along the sides.  The base is a heavy bronze with lily pads.  I wish I had a better picture.

I'm selling it on my website, although I'm enjoying it in my house until it sells.

  • I cannot imagine how you had the patience to put this together and it is amazing. When I saw the picture, it took my breath away. It looks exactly like one you would find if you walked into a Victorian home during that era. FANTASTIC Report Spam Posted by paws72 at 8:32 PM on 07/07/10
