    Jumping up and down because I found a new brand AND a superb opportunity contest perfect for many kaboodlers. The brand is QooQoo and they print their own material with luscious colors and an eclectic mix of fun, fashionable, unique patterns. They are designers from Latvia and have an Etsy shop, however they branched out last year and now sell in several retail shops. I expect to see QooQoo expand exponentially, which is great in such a lackadaisical world economy. Just proves you should go after your dream in spite of anything that seems to be a roadblock.

    They sell a variety of clothing items as well as some accessories including boots and watches. My favorite products from QooQoo are the brilliant leggings. One of their legging designs is in the second picture accompanying this blog. The first picture is of the company's founder. QooQoo participated in a challenge to be named the best Newcomer of the Year and, not surprisingly, they won.

    This bright, cool group of designers likes to participate in collaborative works with other designers, brands, and fashion lovers in general. They have already conducted several of these projects with great success. I was very happy to find a new collaboration they are planning which will include a person chosen through a design contest devised by the brand.

Why? We love winter and we would love to give You a chance to manifest your ideas through fashion.

Send us Your work to: konkurss@qooqoo.lv untill 17th January and You will possibly become the co-author of QooQoo winter print.

If you would like to see more products by QooQoo, I have a list of a variety of their items. Look for the title, "QooQoo: 2 Cool 4 Me". Don't let the name scare you away.....their dresses are VERY SHORT and not age appropriate for me. I hope some of you will enter the challenge, or maybe just design something for fun....or for a styleboard?
