People ask me how's your summer coming along and then my response to them is by saying my summer is boring periode. And it is!!! My sister has to go to summer school for 6 weeks and my mom and dad go to work to during summer. So for this summer i do the usually: fingerpaint rocks and sit in a corner like i'm on time-out to wait for somebody to come home. I do go outside but the weather here in California is ~HOT~ and ~HUMID~. Whenever i go outside it's all sticky..eww! And yes, i do have a pool but i can't go inside it when nobody's around..( my mom has this weird fear that i'm gonna drown..it's just a pool mom - _ - ) so i would REALLY APPRECIATE IT if you gave me some ideas on what to do during the summer :)

Ask you mom if you can invite a friend over to go swimming in your pool. Go over to a friends house and hang out for the day. Go to the movies, if not for the film, for the company. Rearrange your room, several times if need be. Clean your room (if its messy and you have stuff stuffed everywhere). Organize EVERYTHING. Read every book you thought was wonderful while drinking soda or lemonade. (If you have a pet) Give you pet a good quality scrub-bath. Organize a party at a park for all of your friends and family. SLEEP for crying out loud. Make a new exersize routeen (sp?) that will keep you busy for a week or two. Make random lists that are abnormally long. Get some paper and a pencil and draw (I am an artist of a ton of different mediums so just ask if you need advice if you try this one out). Go to a local museum or zoo and waste four hours walking arround looking at the different things. Make a scrapbook. Rearrange your kaboodle lists (via specify everyting). Try to find some new bands that sound cool and when no ones home turn the volume to max and just dance and sing then colapse. I think thats it for now. aww! sorry! yeah i usually hang out with my friends all summer. Or sometimes i go over to a park and chill there with friends. sometimes i go on the computer.... wait i always go on it....or there is tv....OH OH SPRINKLERS!!!!!! haha listen to music!!!!!! hmmm....yeah or i go places.... maybe you could sign up for a camp!?! you'll figure something out! sorry ur bored :( maybe try a new craft project other than painting rocks? like maybe embroidery or cross stitch or crocheting.. i love those. or maybe you can cook some new recipes. or go to the library and get some books to read, that passes the time quick when you get wrapped up in a good book! or go out and take pictures even if its just around your house. hope this helped! that sucks! sorry to hear you're bored. here are some ideas... invite your friends over and -if you have a game console, play some games, or watch some chick flicks on the boob tube. -make some sandwiches, and have a picnic (indoors--if its too unbearable outside)! -learn how to make zip-loc baggie or coffee can icecream. -find recipes for different popsicle flavors and make them. -learn how to make lemonade, horchata, aguas frescas. -learn how to scrapbook, and have a scrapbooking party with your friends. -learn how to quilt, and with your friends, make one, and when you're done, see how much you can sell it for, then donate that money to your favorite charity. i agree, CA is soo hot right now here are my fav things to do during the summer: make collages out of old magazines, shop online (in moderation :), rearrange/redecorate my room, meet up w/ friends who live close, take pics, make up smoothie recipies, and DIY old clothes. hope this helps, and have a great summer! awww that really sucks! I'm all the way over on the east coast in Pennsylvania (yes, a state with nothing important :P ) and we have disgusting hot and sticky weather too! I know it sucks! i like to write letters to my friends over the summer hoilday. also voulenteering is fun too! grabbing a good book would be fun! or take up a new hobby! learn a new things...instrument or how to write with the other hand! paint a picture or pick up a new tv series to watch! plan a sleepover and watch billions of movies! clean your room, house or anything around. redecorate things. and make some crafts! there is so much to do this summer! have fun and make the most of it! :D Report Spam Posted by happie2smile at 11:38 AM on 06/13/09
